Abstract

In this talk, we will share with you the current development and applications of 3D whole tissue imaging and further dive into the technical details on how 3D tissue imaging is achieved. We will also share our experience in developing technologies in tissue clearing, whole tissue immunolabeling, lightsheet microscopy, and large data processing.
