Please hand-in your "checklist of Course requirements for the graduation of M.S. students" to ISA office before April 8, including:
#2 Report cards in NTHU ( original one and the copy) : to support #1, you need to show us the original one, and we will only keep the copy.
#3 Pre-requisite course certificate( original one and the copy): to support #1, you need to show us the original one, and we will only keep the copy.
I. If you've already taken the courses in your bachelor degree, please bring us your report card in bachelor degree(original one and the copy) to us.
II. If you took the courses after bachelor degree in NTHU, you don't need to attach another certificate for this item as it has already shown on the report card of #2.
#4 English proficiency certificate ( original one and the copy): to support #1, you need to show us the original one, and we will only keep the copy.
For whom has already handed-in the checklist, please ignore this info.
請碩二或其他要在本學期提畢業口試的同學於April 8前繳交「畢業資格查核表」和證明文件包含：
