Abstract
Blockchain Technique has attracted lots of research and industry attention, since it is not only the heart of cryptocurrency (i.e., Bitcoin), but also exactly reshapes the mode of transactions in finance. Moreover, it provides a new trusted consensus in distributed network setting, and thus many distributed applications become achievable. In this talk, our ambitious goal is to reveal the secret of blockchain. We will start by introducing the underlying cryptographic primitives, and then present the fundamental design principle of blockchain and Bitcoin. Finally, we will show some interesting applications and challenges.
