Abstract
While the benefits and the work style in tech companies are attractive, the process of preparing the interview can be intimidating. However, I have seen candidates being rejected just because they do not know the rubrics, and I will highlight some evaluation metrics that people often overlook. I will also discuss the challenges and the expectations of a software engineer at Google.
