The institue was established in 2001. In order to cultivate the information society urgently needs forward-looking and integrated information system application talents, the Institute recruits masters, doctoral graduates, International Master of Program in Information Systems and Applications (IMPISA) and Social Networks & Human-Centered Computing (SNHCC).
