Abstract

mov.i.see is a unique immersive tech art experience, inviting participants to interact with information they input to explore form, time and space boundlessly, and transfer their inputted story into strong, colorful and ever-changing contemporary patterns. These can be applied to diverse fields (from performance to textiles and sculpture), creating cultural connections that cross the limitations of time and space. mov.i.see aims to give participants a different perspective to view visual data, and to destructively innovate linear artforms. It encourages interaction and re-connection, so that digital information produces new meanings, from the highly personal to critiques of the human condition or social and cultural environment, and most importantly creates a new aesthetic.
