Bio.
Dr. Yun-Chien Cheng received his B.S. (2004) and M.S. (2006) in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University. He worked jointly in German Cancer Research Center, Darmstadt University of Technology, and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, and received Dr. Ing. in 2012. In 2013, he started to work at Mechanical Engineering Department, National Chiao Tung University as Assistant Professor. He promoted to Associate Professor in 2018. Dr. Cheng’s research interests include low-temperature atmospheric-pressure plasma based medical application, plasma circuit design, and AI medical image analysis.
