Bio.
Penny Yang is the general chair of DVCon Taiwan 2023, the first DVCon conference in Taiwan. She is also a senior manager of applications engineering at Synopsys, mainly focus on developing and deploying formal verification solutions, VC Formal. She has 16 years’ hands-on IC design & verification experience. Prior to Synopsys, she was responsible for developing verification methodologies at MediaTek for 7 years. She was also a logic designer at VIA Technologies. Penny holds a master’s degree in EE from National Taiwan University and a bachelor’s degree from National Tsing Hua University.
